Join our team as a Warehouse Worker in Richmond, Virginia! We are looking for dedicated individuals to support our expanding logistics operations. This role involves a variety of essential warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. You'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, is comfortable with physical tasks, and prioritizes Safety in all actions. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items from shelves based on order specifications.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Operate warehouse equipment as required (training provided).
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Support other warehouse functions to ensure efficient logistics flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or related field is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including significant Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic inventory and logistics concepts.
- Willingness to learn and operate different types of equipment.
- Commitment to Safety and proactive problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
- Must be reliable and able to work various shifts if needed.
