As a Warehouse Worker, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of our Logistics hub, contributing to the efficient handling of goods from receipt to dispatch. Your responsibilities will span various warehouse functions, including stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This role requires physical dexterity and stamina, as it involves regular Lifting , moving, and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves or designated storage areas.
- Accurately pick items based on customer orders or internal requests.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and workstations.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use all required PPE , including safety vests, gloves, and footwear.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Contribute to the overall effectiveness of our Logistics processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety best practices.
- Willingness to wear and maintain all PPE .
