You’ll lead a dedicated nursing team, oversee clinical operations, and help shape care plans that enhance residents’ quality of life. Shifts: 3p-11p, 7 on 7 off, Full-Time Only

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure quality care for residents.
2. Support and guide nursing staff, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
3. Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
4. Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
5. Foster a positive environment focused on resident well-being and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Active RN license.
2. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
3. A passion for enhancing the quality of life for residents.
