Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Federal Sales Development team. This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Manager of Sales Development. You will have the opportunity to be a key contributor to Zscaler's sales pipeline and revenue growth through lead qualification. This is a hybrid onsite role that requires 2 days a week in the office (Plano, TX/Raleigh, NC/or Boston, MA). What You'll Do (Role Expectations)
Researching and prospecting into organizations by emailing, calling, networking and other creative means to lead early stage pipelines Qualifying and scheduling well qualified appointments with main decision makers within global 2000 or "targeted" companies through inbound and outbound leads Utilizing the CRM to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects Who You Are (Success Profile)

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience Customer-oriented background (sales, support, or customer service) Skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, or time and territory management What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
