Summary: This position is responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of business and reporting solutions for the Lending Units. System Administration includes loan origination system technical expertise, development, and support of business systems software and procedures. The Lending Systems Administrator is also responsible for ensuring data integrity of all assigned systems, accuracy of reporting, and coordination with vendors to deliver a high level of service, technical support, and value. Ultimately, the Lending Systems Administrator II is key to contributing to innovation, efficiency, and the achievement of the bank's lending production goals and portfolio management.
Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position is $78,200/yr to $112,700/yr and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
The Company also offers various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) match. Other rewards may include annual performance-based bonuses and wellness days.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understands and complies with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position
  • Manage and maintain lending software systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability, including responding to support tickets, query building, report writing, and document automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to identify system requirements, implement upgrades, deploy releases/patches, and participate in meetings to improve customer/client relationships.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of lending systems and software, ensuring systems are utilized as intended.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to lending operations.
  • Identify and implement enhancements and additional software solutions to streamline processes, meet business needs, and maximize company resources.
  • Conduct research, testing, and facilitate upgrade/release planning while adhering to documented change processes and procedures.
  • Analyze system deficiencies and recommend strategies to enhance existing systems and procedures.
  • Crosstrain team members and provide support during the testing, training, and rollout of system upgrades and enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with lending platforms and industry.
  • Understanding of lending processes and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with specific lending software such as Baker Hill NextGen, Ice Mortgage Technology Ellie Mae Encompass, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in Windward template development using tag-based XML logic in MS Office applications (e.g., Word and Excel); familiarity with SQL concepts is a plus for lending document automation.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SAP BI Launchpad/Web Intelligence).
  • Background in lending, such as credit analysis or underwriting, to ensure a strong understanding of the business unit being supported.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced knowledge of bank loan origination and core operating systems.
