Salary Range: The salary range budgeted for this position is $78,200/yr to $112,700/yr and represents the Company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The compensation offered to a candidate may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location.
The Company also offers various benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(K) match. Other rewards may include annual performance-based bonuses and wellness days.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understands and complies with requirements of all laws and regulations applicable to the position
- Manage and maintain lending software systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability, including responding to support tickets, query building, report writing, and document automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to identify system requirements, implement upgrades, deploy releases/patches, and participate in meetings to improve customer/client relationships.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of lending systems and software, ensuring systems are utilized as intended.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to lending operations.
- Identify and implement enhancements and additional software solutions to streamline processes, meet business needs, and maximize company resources.
- Conduct research, testing, and facilitate upgrade/release planning while adhering to documented change processes and procedures.
- Analyze system deficiencies and recommend strategies to enhance existing systems and procedures.
- Crosstrain team members and provide support during the testing, training, and rollout of system upgrades and enhancements.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience with lending platforms and industry.
- Understanding of lending processes and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with specific lending software such as Baker Hill NextGen, Ice Mortgage Technology Ellie Mae Encompass, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Windward template development using tag-based XML logic in MS Office applications (e.g., Word and Excel); familiarity with SQL concepts is a plus for lending document automation.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SAP BI Launchpad/Web Intelligence).
- Background in lending, such as credit analysis or underwriting, to ensure a strong understanding of the business unit being supported.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge of bank loan origination and core operating systems.
