With its network of over 100,000 publishers, the Amazon Creators program is a global leader in online marketing and one of the largest external paid traffic channels for Amazon. The Amazon Creators Business Team partners with media and entertainment publishers, loyalty programs and influencers worldwide (called Creators). These associates create original content to help customers make informed purchase decisions on Amazon. Creators is an integral part of the Amazon marketing mix, bringing new customers to the site, driving existing customers to discover new products or programs such as Amazon Prime, and increasing overall customer loyalty. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to help run the Creators program for Amazon Canada. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in a data-driven, fast-paced environment. You will exhibit strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to operate independently and deliver results.
Key job responsibilities
Own, develop and implement content and communications marketing plan to drive awareness and engagement with our affiliate marketers and creators.
Own go to market strategy and execution of new features for Amazon Creators Canada.
Own and drive a product roadmap for Creators in Canada.
Engage regularly with key internal business, product, legal, marketing and technical stakeholders (both locally and internationally)
Provide ongoing operational support for partners and internal stakeholders
Drive simplified solutions for partners, including tools to get partners to implement effective integrations (links, API features etc.).
Apply continuous improvement methodologies to improve existing processes and workflows.
To excel in this role, you will:
Be willing to operate with limited guidance
Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to influence remote teams, both technical and non-technical
Bring analytical horsepower and a deep curiosity about how things work
Be commercially savvy and have excellent business judgment
Bring operational rigor, holding your program stakeholders to the highest of standards
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 5+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

The base salary for this position ranges from $69,700/year up to $116,400/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
