As a Client Success Representative, this position will focus on customer retention initiatives and strategies. This role involves analyzing customer data, driving retention programs, rate reviews, and enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer service, and data analysis with a passion for creating remarkable customer experiences
