What You’ll Do
* Evaluate and treat short-term and long-term residents in a skilled nursing setting
* Design functional, goal-driven treatment plans focused on mobility, safety, and independence
* Assist patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury
* Educate residents and families to support safe transitions and long-term success
* Document care accurately while collaborating with the care team to optimize outcomes
Who We’re Looking For
* Licensed Physical Therapist
* Compassionate clinician with strong clinical reasoning skills
* Comfortable working with medically complex and geriatric populations
* Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
* New graduates and experienced PTs are welcome
