The Opportunity - Sales Executive This role sits at the very start of the UK sales engine, combining
inbound lead management ,
outbound prospecting ,
discovery conversations
and
service plan conversion . You will play a critical role in shaping early momentum and pipeline, working closely with senior sales leadership. What You’ll Be Doing
Following up on inbound B2B leads generated via marketing and partnerships Running targeted outbound outreach through calls and email Qualifying prospects and opening new commercial conversations Booking meetings and supporting deal progression for senior sales leaders Delivering a compelling value proposition around sustainability, hygiene and compliance Owning and delivering against monthly sales targets Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility Creating momentum through referrals, retention and exceptional customer experience This is a role with
real autonomy and impact
and your activity will directly influence the success of the UK launch. What We’re Looking For
Sales experience (outbound, telesales or similar highly beneficial) Confident, professional communicator — especially on the phone Self-motivated, organised and target-driven Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment Genuine interest in sustainability and learning a disruptive B2B solution Nice to Have B2B sales experience selling into offices, facilities or hospitality Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot Why This Role Stands Out
