Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Busser/Prep, where your energy and attention to detail will help create an exceptional dining experience for our guests. In this role, you'll support the front-of-house and kitchen teams by maintaining a clean, organized environment, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring tables are promptly cleared and reset. Duties

• Clear tables efficiently, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests
• Wash dishes.
• Support the kitchen team by preparing ingredients or assisting with basic food prep tasks as directed
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies
• Help with food delivery from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest service

Skills

• Strong cleaning skills to uphold hygiene standards in dining and kitchen areas
• Experience in bussing or food service roles within restaurants or hospitality settings
• Knowledge of food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interaction
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
• Previous restaurant or hotel experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is valued
• Basic understanding of food industry operations, serving techniques, and hospitality principles
