Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Festus, MO, with flexibility to work from home occasionally. In this role, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while building strong client relationships and ensuring a seamless transaction process. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property searches, preparing and presenting listings, negotiating contracts, and staying up-to-date with market trends. Additionally, you will represent clients professionally during showings, open houses, and other real estate activities to achieve their goals and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required to practice in Missouri or Illinois.
• Proficiency in Real Estate market knowledge, including buying, selling, and evaluating Real Property.
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Effective communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
• Motivation to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment.
• Familiarity with applicable real estate tools, technology, and local market trends is advantageous.
• Previous experience in real estate or a customer-focused industry is a bonus.
