Job Description
Days and Shift Information
- 1st Shift – 6AM-230PM – Flexibility for OT as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily order processing activities to ensure accuracy and on-time completion.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and customers regarding order status and priorities.
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet operational and customer needs.
- Ensure documentation and system entries are accurate and completed on time.
- Promote teamwork, safety, and a positive work environment on the warehouse floor.
Work Environment
- Clean, safe, and state-of-the-art warehouse facility
- Requires standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 33 lbs.
- Safety-driven environment with continuous improvement expectations
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
Experience
- Minimum of one year of equivalent work experience and/or training
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Email, Word, Excel)
- Experience using ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Strong document control, data entry, and administrative skills
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and order processing

Additional Information
Pay/Benefits/Perks
- $18.75 per hour
- Accrue up to five days PTO in the first year
- Two weeks of vacation plus one additional week of PTO accrued after first anniversary
