Compensation:

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
- Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents
- Stage and market homes to attract potential buyers quickly
- Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings
Lead generation

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
