Mason Laborer

Overview
We are a family-owned and operated business seeking skilled Mason Laborers to join our construction team. This role involves supporting masonry projects and assisting with on-site construction tasks. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic construction environment and work alongside experienced professionals. Hourly rates will be based on your physical capabilities, skills, and job performance.

Duties

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper equipment handling.

Requirements

• Prior experience in construction or masonry work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively
• Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and the ability to lift 50lbs.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions from supervisors or project managers.
• This job is physically demanding, however, there is room for advancement if you are willing to learn and work hard.
• This job requires reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
