Position Summary:
We are seeking friendly, professional Hosts and Hostesses to be the welcoming face of our full-service casual dining restaurant and bar. As the first and last point of guest interaction, you will be responsible for delivering a warm, inviting experience while efficiently managing waitlists, seating, and guest flow. You will play a critical role in setting the tone for the dining experience and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival, making them feel valued and welcome.
- Manage waitlists and reservations accurately using the designated seating system or application.
- Estimate accurate wait times, communicate effectively with guests, and monitor dining room activity to optimize seating efficiency.
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and introducing their server when appropriate.
- Answer phone calls professionally, providing information regarding restaurant hours, menu offerings, and basic inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front lobby, guest waiting areas, and host stand.
- Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth and efficient table turnover.
- Uphold and promote brand standards, cleanliness, and a positive guest experience at all times.
- Assist with To-Go orders and curbside pickup as needed.

Qualifications:
