Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a New Construction Foreman, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth/Tyler area. The New Construction Foreman will oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, manage teams to ensure timely project completion, maintain quality control standards, and coordinate with other teams and stakeholders to address any project needs. Responsibilities also include supervising the use of heavy equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and directly communicating updates to management and clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Carpentry and related construction techniques
• Strong skills in Quality Control and adherence to project specifications
• Familiarity with operation and maintenance of Heavy Equipment
• Excellent Communication skills for effective team supervision and client interaction
• Basic knowledge or experience in Civil Engineering
• Experience in managing construction personnel and ensuring safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Prior experience as a foreman in construction is highly preferred
