What You'll Do:

• Lead small group personal training sessions (6:1 client-to-trainer ratio)
• Deliver customized, science-based workouts using the Alloy system
• Build meaningful relationships with clients, motivating and guiding them toward results
• Maintain a clean, professional, and energetic studio environment
• Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training and development sessions

Requirements:

• Certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or similar)
• CPR/AED certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping people improve their lives through fitness
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
