Server/Waiter

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests receive prompt, friendly service while maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations on food and beverage selections.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system, ensuring all details are correct.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to fine dining standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register.
• Assist with food preparation as needed in collaboration with the kitchen staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations throughout the shift.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS is a plus.
• Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in transactions.
• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests positively.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
