Kitchen Prep Specialist

Overview
Looking for a 5:30 am - 1:30pm back of the house team member. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our restaurant's operations by ensuring that all food preparation and meal assembly processes run smoothly. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food safety and quality while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about the food industry and are eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other food preparation tools.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report shortages to management.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while handling food products.

Skills

• Experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
