Duties
- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Lead sales initiatives by leveraging CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, pipeline, and sales activities
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support business growth objectives
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals
- Coordinate with internal teams including project management, customer service, and product development to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation
Qualifications
- With experience in Doors, Frames, and Hardware
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry
- Strong proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce and other CRM tools for managing customer relationships
- Excellent skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and project management
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective marketing strategies that drive growth
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights
- Experience in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer interactions is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
