Job Description

Vision Lawn Care is seeking an experienced and dependable Lawn Care Crew Leader to oversee daily lawn maintenance operations. The Crew Leader is responsible for leading a team, ensuring high-quality work, maintaining efficiency, and providing excellent customer service while upholding Vision Lawn Care's standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a lawn care crew on daily routes
• Ensure mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and landscaping tasks are completed to company standards
• Safely operate and oversee the use of lawn care equipment
• Train, guide, and motivate crew members
• Assign tasks and monitor productivity at job sites
• Communicate with customers professionally and address basic questions or concerns
• Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
• Follow and enforce company safety policies
• Report any damage or mechanical issues to trucks, trailers, and equipment promptly to management

Qualifications

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required
• Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of lawn care equipment and techniques
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
• Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
