What you need to join our team:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, measurements, and basic work documents.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, measuring).
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50–75 lbs as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Production associates are responsible for sustaining the production process consistently.

• Read and follow work orders, diagrams, and instructions to assemble components correctly.
• Operate basic tools, equipment, or machinery as trained.
• Inspect parts and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package finished products and complete accurate labels and documentation.
• Communicate production issues or equipment concerns to the Team Lead or Manufacturing Manager.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes, productivity, and quality.
• Contribute to a positive work culture.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
