About the Job

Inn-Flow is growing — and we're ready to expand our People Operations team As the People Operations Coordinator, you'll partner closely with the VP of People Operations to keep our team organized, our processes efficient, and our culture thriving. You'll play a key role in HR administration, recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll processes, and office operations as we prepare to move into our new Raleigh headquarters.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their HR career who's eager to learn, contribute, and grow alongside a collaborative, people-first team.

What You Will Do

People Operations

  • Support the full employee lifecycle — from recruiting coordination and onboarding to offboarding and compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Partner with the VP of People Operations and Finance team to process changes, verify data, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with benefits administration, employee communications, and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate recruiting logistics, including interview scheduling, job postings, and candidate communication.
  • Facilitate onboarding and new-hire orientation, creating a warm and organized experience.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements, documentation, and project initiatives.
  • Serve as an approachable and trusted resource for employees, embodying Inn-Flow's values and culture.

Office Operations

  • Support leadership with the move and ongoing operations of our new Raleigh office space.
  • Manage office logistics — supplies, vendors, maintenance, and general organization.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, all-hands meetings, and team celebrations.
  • Maintain an office environment that reflects Inn-Flow's collaborative, balanced, and high-performing culture.
  • Provide occasional administrative support to the executive team.

What You Need

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, office administration, or People Operations.
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent communicator who enjoys helping others and building strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Confident using MS Office, HRIS platforms, and other technology solutions.
  • Brings a "We Over Me" mindset and a bias toward action.

What Makes You a Standout

  • Experience supporting recruiting, benefits, or payroll functions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • PHR certification or interest in obtaining one.
  • A proactive approach and excitement about contributing to a growing team and company.
