We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a strong understanding of food safety practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality meals to our guests in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines, ensuring all meals are prepared with care.
• Assist in the training of new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation for catering events or fine dining services.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, communicating needs to the kitchen manager.
• Participate in menu planning and development, contributing ideas for new dishes or improvements to existing offerings.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, meal preparation, and cooking methods.
• Familiarity with catering operations and fine dining standards is preferred.
• Excellent understanding of food safety practices and food handling procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences for guests.
