Responsibilities

• Assist senior craftsmen with demolition, framing, tile laying, fixture installation, and finishing tasks in bathroom renovation projects. As well as installing Acrylic Shower systems and walk in Therapeutic Tubs
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision for tasks such as Removing tubs or showers, Installing new bath tubs, showers and walk in tubs, trim carpentry, drywall installation, and many types of flooring
• Support plumbing and electrical work by preparing materials, assisting with installations, and ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Participate in construction site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly handling tools, materials, and debris

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of construction practices or related experience preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in remodeling projects is a plus
• Strong interest in developing skills across various trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and finishing techniques
• Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining safety standards on-site
• Good physical stamina with the ability to stand, kneel, lift heavy materials, and work in confined spaces
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude are highly valued
• Must be clean cut and able to speak to customers and represent the company professionally
• Must be able to Travel and be away for work when needed
