Part Time Cleaner

Looking for a part time cleaner/porter for our55+ apartment community in Parma, OH. Candidate will be responsible for general building cleaning and vacant unit turns. This role will enable the qualified candidate to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors.

Job Responsibilities

• Carrying out cleaning duties that include vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors
• Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, mirrors and dusting
• Maintaining the cleanliness of all buildings, grounds, and common areas
• Cleaning vacant apartments, community room, and office area
• Cleaning hallways, laundry facility, and public restrooms
• Ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
• Support Maintenance staff with special projects as needed
