About the Role

As a Social Worker (LSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW) at Blue Bird Day, you will provide neurodiversity-affirming care to children ages 2-6 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's social skills, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, and coping skills through:

  • Providing individualized and group therapy
  • Collaborating daily with occupational, physical and speech therapists
  • Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $60,000-70,000
