Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries efficiently. Bilingual abilities and experience in call center environments are highly valued. Duties

  • Greet clients and visitors professionally, both in person and over the phone, creating a welcoming and confidential environment
  • Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly to attorneys and staff
  • Provide accurate, general information regarding firm services, procedures, and appointment availability (without offering legal advice)
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments, consultations, and court-related meetings
  • Assist with new client intake by collecting basic information and directing inquiries appropriately
  • Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions using case management or CRM systems
  • Handle billing-related inquiries, accept payments, and process cash, check, or electronic transactions accurately when required
  • Prepare, receive, and distribute legal documents, correspondence, and mail while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Support attorneys and legal staff with administrative tasks and coordination as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve client service issues efficiently
  • Uphold professional communication standards, excellent phone etiquette, and discretion at all times in accordance with legal and ethical requirements

Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
  • Experience in customer support, client services, or call center environments
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately with good typing speed and analysis skills
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling strategies
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
  • Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
