Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting food service operations in a fast-paced setting. Experience in hospitality, food handling, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required. Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items
• Assist with bussing tables and clearing plates during service hours
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and prep work
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards related to cleanliness and food handling
• Assist with catering and banquet setups by providing clean serving ware and maintaining cleanliness throughout events
• Help maintain overall kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal
• Support the culinary team with light kitchen duties to ensure smooth operation during service

Requirements

• Prior experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality environments is a plus but not mandatory
• Knowledge of basic cleaning procedures and food handling safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support various kitchen functions including bussing and food preparation
• Flexibility to work during peak hours including weekends or evenings if required
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• A positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
