Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator based in Philadelphia, PA. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed construction cost estimates, managing budgets, and evaluating project specifications and designs. Daily tasks will involve analyzing project requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, assessing material and labor costs, and preparing comprehensive project proposals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Management, Budgeting, and Construction Estimating
• Strong skills in Project Estimation and understanding of project specifications
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to work methodically
• Proficient in relevant software tools and spreadsheets
• Familiarity with construction industry standards and practices
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in project estimation or a related role is an advantage
