What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and deliver IT projects end-to-end, from initiation through implementation
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, delivery schedules, and risk registers
• Serve as Scrum Master for delivery teams, ensuring adherence to agile principles
• Partner with business owners to document and validate business requirements and process flows
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience managing technology projects or performing business/technical analysis
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead
• Strong command of Agile and Scrum frameworks
• Proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, and other project management tools

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Salesforce, Workday, MDM, or data integration platforms
• Working knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS)
• Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe) or PMP certification
