Join our dynamic team as a Greeter and Janitorial Associate, where your positive energy and attention to cleanliness will set the tone for a welcoming and well-maintained environment. In this role, you will be the first friendly face visitors see, ensuring they feel comfortable and appreciated from the moment they arrive. You'll also play a vital part in maintaining a pristine facility through comprehensive custodial and cleaning duties, supporting a safe and inviting space for everyone.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating an immediate welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with directing visitors and managing access points to ensure smooth entry and exit.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Conduct detailed janitorial duties such as floor care—including buffing and polishing—maintaining high standards of hygiene throughout the facility.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs needed or safety hazards observed during your shift.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and ensure all equipment is properly stored and functioning.
• Follow safety procedures diligently during all custodial activities to promote a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial, industrial, or residential settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, buffing, and general sanitation practices.
• Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods comfortably.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with visitors and team members.
