Do you love creating memorable guest experiences? We're looking for a friendly, detail‑oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact, you'll set the tone for every guest's stay with your professionalism and hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth and efficiency
• Manage check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations
• Answer questions about hotel services and local attractions
• Keep the front desk organized and inviting
• Assist with night audit tasks and financial accuracy
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy and problem‑solving skills
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Previous front desk or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Bilingual/multilingual abilities a plus
• Comfortable with hotel software and multi‑line phone systems
• Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
