Base Par Range: $ $30.00/hr w2 + Employee Benefits (Please Note: Starting base pay amount is based on the extent of position-relevant experience)

  • Position Summary:

    We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our elite Finance department As a member of the Finance Department at Tax Relief Helpers, you will play a key role in contributing to the effective management of financial operations, including the funding lifecycle for our clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

    Responsibilities:

  • Loan Application Intake & Processing
  • Review client applications for completeness and accuracy
  • Collect and verify required financial documents
  • Coordinate with clients to clarify application details and timelines
  • Familiarity and adaptability to different financial systems
  • Credit Evaluation
  • Perform soft credit pulls to assess client eligibility
  • Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality standards consistent with company standards and management expectations.
  • Lender Coordination & Funding Tracking
  • Track the status' of all applications submitted to lending partners
  • Confirm disbursement of funds and update internal systems as required
  • Follow up with lenders on delayed or incomplete funding while providing regular documentation highlighting each interaction attempt.
