Litigation Associate

Position: Litigation Associate / Litigation Support Attorney

Location:
Houston, TX (preferred, but open to exceptional candidates elsewhere)

Engagement:
At least 1 year, with potential for temp-to-hire

About the Role:

Integreon is seeking an experienced litigation professional to join our team. This role involves a variety of litigation support tasks, offering an excellent opportunity to work on substantive legal matters and contribute to case strategy. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years (or more) of litigation experience and is ready to hit the ground running. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful litigation work and grow within a supportive legal team. Candidates will have exposure to complex cases and the chance to expand their trial and litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking depositions (minor depositions primarily, but all deposition experience is valued)
• Assisting with discovery and document management
• Drafting briefs and other legal documents
• Preparing and working up cases for trial
• Conducting legal research and analysis
• Interviewing witnesses and gathering case facts

Requirements:

• 5–7 years (or more) of litigation experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Experience with case workup, discovery, and deposition procedures

Work Expectations:

• Billable hours: Approximately 8 hours per day (may vary based on workload)
• Equipment will be provided by the client
• Expected start: December, to be fully up and running by January
