Salary: $55,000-$60,000/annually

We are seeking a Data Analyst who will play a critical role in strengthening our data systems, analytics capacity, and organizational decision-making.
Position Summary
The Data Analyst supports the organization by developing, maintaining, and operating the database infrastructure essential to daily operations and long-term strategy. This role ensures that data is accurate, well-organized, contextualized, and accessible to support leadership insights, program evaluation, and continuous improvement.
As a key member of the Data Analytics Team (DAT), the Data Analyst collaborates regularly on major projects involving database management, data migrations, reporting, analysis, dashboards, and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Systems & Quality
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date databases and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and enforce data-entry standards and quality controls.
- Clean and validate data from internal programs, partners, and external sources.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata documentation.
Reporting & Visualization
- Analyze data to assess program performance and participant outcomes.
- Build dashboards and visual reports (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Track metrics required for funders, grants, and contracts.
- Identify trends, patterns, gaps, and opportunities across programs.
Program & Organizational Support
- Provide actionable insights to program managers to guide operational decisions.
- Support impact evaluation, logic models, and outcomes measurement.
- Contribute to strategic planning using community-level and longitudinal data.
- Integrate external datasets (census, education, public health, etc.) for broader analysis.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and infographics for leadership, board meetings, and partners.
- Train staff on data systems, dashboards, or basic analysis tools.
- Collaborate to design data-collection forms and surveys.
Other
- Participate in team-based data projects, migrations, and communications.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Management, Data Analysis, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience.
- Experience with the following or the ability to quickly learn:
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
- Cloud-based CRM/databases (Apricot, ETO, Salesforce)
- Data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience implementing or supporting new program models preferred.

Working Conditions
- Traditional Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings/weekends.
- Flexible scheduling available when needed for events or program needs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based work.
- Occasional event setup/breakdown, including lifting up to 20 lbs.
- May involve standing, walking, bending, and reaching during events.
