Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
• Supervise and mentor CNAs
• Develop and follow individualized care plans
• Communicate with providers, staff, and families
• Administer medications and treatments
• Accurately chart using PCC (training available)

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• CPR Certification
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.
