Job Overview
We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT Specialist to manage all internal IT

operations at GLOBAL OPS. This role covers the full life cycle of our IT infrastructure,

including laptops, PCs, access control systems, network equipment, servers, and cloud

tools. The IT Specialist will ensure all devices and systems are secure, updated, and

functioning efficiently while providing day-to-day technical support to our team.

Since we now manage all IT internally, this position requires someone who is hands-on,

resourceful, and capable of independently overseeing systems, troubleshooting issues,

and maintaining a secure and reliable technology environment.

Experience with NinjaOne RMM or a similar Remote Monitoring & Management tool is

required, as this platform is central to our IT management workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• PC and Laptop Management
• Oversee all company laptops and PCs, ensuring proper configuration, maintenance, and updates.
• Monitor hardware performance, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to optimize device functionality.
• IT Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide on-site technical support to employees, responding quickly and effectively to IT-related issues and requests.
• Access Control, Security & Server Management
• Manage the company's access control systems and backend servers.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive information across all systems.
• Subscription & Software Management
• Oversee and optimize company software subscriptions, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with licensing requirements.
• Internal IT Operations
• Manage all IT functions internally, taking ownership of system protection, cybersecurity best practices, and IT operations.
• Remote Monitoring & Management (NinjaOne)
• Use NinjaOne RMM (orsimilar tools) to monitor systems, push updates, manage end points, and maintain IT security compliance.
• New IT Projects & Security Systems
• Support the planning and implementation of new IT initiatives, including portable control rooms for special events and centralized monitoring systems.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT processes, systems, configurations, credentials, and user guides.
• Prepare reports on IT activities, issues, resolutions, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in IT management, hardware/software troubleshooting, and network administration.
• Required: Experience with NinjaOne RMM or another robust RMM tool.
• Familiarity with access control systems, internet/network management, and server administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and security awareness.
