Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Loan Officer Assistant to support our loan processing team. This role involves managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with loan documentation and office management. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office or clerical roles. Bilingual proficiency is a plus to serve a diverse client base. Responsibilities

  • Professional phone etiquette
  • Handle multi-line phone systems to assist clients and staff efficiently
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
  • Assist with loan documentation, processing, and follow-up tasks
  • Support office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing files
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendar for loan officers and other staff members
  • Support bookkeeping activities and maintain organized financial records
  • Assist with general administrative duties including typing, filing, and supporting personal assistant tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven office or clerical experience with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual ability is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and data management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with good time management skills
  • Experience in office management or administrative support roles such as medical receptionist or dental receptionist is advantageous
  • Personal assistant or calendar management experience is desirable
  • Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to adapt quickly to new software tools

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
