We're looking for strong and dedicated Spa Manager with the desire to excel as a hair/scalp specialist and manage our spa. Our ideal Spa Manager is someone who is passionate about helping clients with stress relief, scalp health, hair loss management/support, and overall providing a first-class luxury experience for clients looking for self-care time.

MUST Qualifications:

→Our ideal candidate MUST hold an active Virginia State Cosmetology License.

→The Spa Manager must be able to confidently style all hair-types and patterns.

→Must be able to work at a minimum 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations ensuring the work environment is clean and ready for clients.
- Perform inventory checks, and resolve any needs from clients and staff members.
- Perform administrative tasks as requested by management.
- Perform head spa relaxation services for clients (based on MIVIA packages).
- Provide excellence in service with a luxury-level customer service support for all clients
- Support hair/scalp health, tailored to each client's needs

Skills (Must-Have):
- Currently holds an active Virginia State Cosmetology License
- Experience managing people or projects
- Experienced styling hair through blow drying techniques across different hair types
- Excellent customer service decorum - high personable skills
- Excellent professional communication skills with an articulate language ability
- Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to exhibit patience, care, and understanding for all clients and staff members

Desired Experience Skills, but willing to train (Nice to have):
- Experience with scalp health and support for all hair types
- Experience with supporting clients with hair loss
- Trichology Trained a PLUS
- Experienced with diverse set of hair types

Interview check-points include:
a) phone screening;
b) in-person interview;
c) reference interviews and application review;
d) offer letter;
e) background check;
f) paid-training;
g) start date

Job Types: Part-time - at least 24 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible work schedule (spa manager builds her schedule and hours) but must be able to work at least one-weekend a month

Starting Base Pay: Hourly compensation and discretionary bonus program

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
