Repisodic, a Trella Health solution is seeking to add a Solutions Engineer to our growing Health Systems team. In this role, you will be partnering with our sales team to help demonstrate how Repisodic solutions improve the hospital to post-acute discharge process. You'll design and deliver impactful demonstrations, return on investment stories, and technical consultations that showcase how Repisodic can position it's platform to address the complex needs of enterprise healthcare organizations across multiple stakeholder groups. This role requires a balance of navigating large, complex enterprise sales, technical expertise, subject-matter expertise, consultative communication, and executive presence to help prospects see the measurable value of partnering with Repisodic.

Location
: This role is remote with a strong preference for candidates within commuting distance of Atlanta, GA; Philadelphia, PA; or Nashville, TN. We will also consider applicants based in other U.S. locations.

: Head of Repisodic
As the Solution Engineer, you will:
- Engage with Health Systems to understand current workflows, identify areas of improvement, and craft tailored product demonstrations to address those areas.
- Work hands-on with prospects and customers to articulate the value of Repisodic's platforms throughout the sales cycle—from discovery and demo to proof of concept and solution design.
- Tailor demonstrations to address the unique challenges of specific Health Systems and organization specific workflows, with a heavy focus on streamlining the patient discharge process to post-acute through system integration and workflow optimization.
- Subject matter expertise on clinical/operational aspects of care transition workflows as well as the technical aspects of EHR-integrations and associated IT project work.
- Present Repisodic's technology and vision to executives, clinical leaders, technical leaders, finance leaders, and administrative staff at Health System prospects and customers.
- Provide technical expertise to sales staff and prospects through sales presentations, customized product demonstrations, and consultative discussions.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve Trella Health's products, demos, and go-to-market strategy.
- Contribute and in some cases lead RFP/RFI responses, technical questionnaires, and solution proposals specific to Health Systems and complex provider organization.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies, industry trends, and enterprise healthcare strategies to effectively position Repisodic.
- Stay current on the evolving needs of Health Systems, ACOs, and post-acute care markets to act as a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers.
This job might be a fit for you if you have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar technical pre-sales role, ideally within healthcare technology or SaaS.
- Experience supporting enterprise or Health System sales cycles, including demos, proof of concepts, and technical solution design.
- Strong ability to tailor technical demonstrations for diverse audiences—from C-Suite executives and clinical leaders to technical teams and end users.
- Familiarity with health system EHR's, specifically EPIC and Cerner, as well as the hospital care transition/discharge process, and the post-acute care landscape is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and connect technical features to strategic outcomes.
