Host/Busser

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take them to their tables
• Taking and organizier reservations, taking and packing up to go orders.
• Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner
• Refilling water glasses and providing additional condiments as needed
• Removing dirty dishes and utensils from tables
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and dining areas
• Assisting with general cleaning tasks in the restaurant
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing guest needs

Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant guest services
- Familiarity with food service operations and procedures
- Experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems, such as Toast POS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
