Expo/Dishwasher/Busser Needed at Nineteen Restaurant in Hampstead

We Need a Few More Staff Members to Round Out Our Crew Heading into Our Busy Holiday Season - Job Duties (include but not limited to)

Pay Based On Experience and Golf Privileges May Be Available

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hampstead, NC 28443: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

-Expo- Must Learn all dishes and be able to get them out to the food runner.

Good communication skills are a must.

Dishwashing

• Operate and utilize the dish machine and cleaning supplies.
• Wash, sanitize and dry all kitchen utensils, equipment and other items placed in the dish area or as requested by Management and Staff.
• Maintain a pace sufficient to prevent back up of dirty dishes, glasses, etc.
• Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment.
• Ability to effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with co-workers.
• Return and restock all items to the appropriate area after washing and sanitizing procedures are completed.
• Maintain dishwashing machinery and communicate any potential issues to Management.
• Empty garbage and recycling cans, and ensuring the garbage and mop sink areas are clean.
• Maintains respectful and working communication with the kitchen staff and other co-workers.
• Other duties will be assigned as needed

- Busser

• Properly clean tables for the next service.
• Perform initial bread service for tables.
• A brief working knowledge of the menu.
• Assure guests have everything they need on the table for service after delivering food.
• Pour and refill water for guests, when needed.
• Assist servers with keeping tables free of dirty dishes, empty glassware and debris.
• Keep side stations clean and organized.
• Maintain all daily and weekly cleanliness of the restaurant during business hours.
• Sweep and mop restaurant dining areas and bathrooms.
• Properly change the bag in a box soda weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Communicate effectively and courteously with guests and co-workers.
• Perform calmly and effectively under stressful conditions.
• Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting co-workers.
• Maintains respectful and working communication with the kitchen staff and other co-workers.

Pay: $ $14.00 per hour
