1st Shift Cleaning

Now Hiring: Full-Time Day Shift Cleaner – Wednesday - Sunday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Midwest Janitorial Service is seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual to join our team as a full-time first-shift cleaner. The position will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of restrooms, locker rooms and breakrooms at a manufacturing facility.

Schedule:
Wednesday - Sunday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Requirements:
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, arrives on time, and stays focused throughout the entire shift. Attention to safety and excellent customer service is essential, as duties are performed around clients during working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• General cleaning and disinfecting
• Sweeping/Scrubbing Floors
• Trash removal
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend, twist, squat, and stand for the full shift
• Must be able to lift 20–30 lbs
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a safety training class
• Follow all company and client safety policies and procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail
• High level of professionalism
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and stay on task

Compensation:
