ZÖe Center for ABA and Development Services focuses on providing quality Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to individuals and their families that are in need of our services. We are hiring experienced and passionate Behavior Analysts to conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized behavior plans, provide initial and ongoing training, and overall oversight of services provided to the clients and their families we serve. We are looking for Behavior Analysts that share the same common goal, mission, and culture as ZÖe ABA.
Positions Available:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Behavior Analyst to complete the follow responsibilities:
o Conduct a variety of comprehensive assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PEAK, Essentials for Living, Early Start Denver Model, etc.)
o Develop Individualized Behavior Plans (IBPs)
o Develop and implement teaching skills
o Develop and implement behavior reduction procedures
o Provide quality initial and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technician(s), caregiver(s), and stakeholder(s)
o Provide observation, feedback, and conduct fidelity checks
o Analyze data and graphs and then review with the Collaboration Committee
o Maintain all required documentation via online system
