Catering Captain

Experienced Catering Captain/Staff - 4 hr shifts for $100+ // $30 per hour

1099 contractor position

You will:

• Set up and breakdown of catering equipment at event venues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food handling and service.
• Manage inventory.
• Serve clients on High-End Events.
• Be friendly and provide a great service to the client
• Set up the food, serve and replenish as well as clean up

Requirements:

• Food Handlers License is a requirement.
• Based in Bay Area.
• Availability from Monday to Friday.
• Barista certificate is required for certain clients.
• Polish look and professional presentation on interview.
• Proven experience in catering,
  banquet services, or food service management.
• Proficiency in safe food handling practices.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Large event experience is a plus.
• Proactivity: You find the next thing to do without being told.
