Customer Success Representative

is recruiting a
Customer Success Representative
for one of its clients, a fast-growing SaaS company providing cutting-edge reservation and restaurant management solutions.

In this role, you will take full ownership of a portfolio of Dine-In restaurant clients and guide them throughout their entire lifecycle (from smooth onboarding and ongoing support to continuous optimization and long-term success).

• An excellent communicator, fluent in both Romanian and English
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software tools
• Solutions-oriented and comfortable working independently while managing a diverse portfolio
• Relationship-driven and motivated by helping clients succeed

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners, managers, and key stakeholders
• Lead onboarding and training sessions to ensure seamless adoption of the platform
• Provide proactive support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize usage of the application
• Monitor restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Conduct regular on-site visits to restaurant partners, providing in-person support, training, and strategic guidance
• Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the Product team on platform enhancements
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to drive engagement and retention

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a restaurant, group of restaurants, or a hotel in Bucharest
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising Guest Relations
  or Concierge teams
• Good command of English
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital tools and software
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and contribute to business success
