Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be reaching out to both new and existing Verizon customers to understand their needs, offer tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and takes pride in helping customers stay connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound calls to prospective and existing Verizon customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, plans, and services.
- Educate customers on Verizon's solutions to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Collaborate with peers and leadership to continuously improve sales strategies and performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiasm for sales and customer engagement
- Good sense of organization
- Strong ability to listen, identify opportunities, and close sales.
- Solid typing and Computer Skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Positive attitude and pleasant demeanor are a must
