About The Role
We're looking for a
Leasing Associate
to take ownership of portfolio of micro-units in Seattle. You'll become the face of our communities to prospective tenants and a key contributor to our growth and success.

Schedule:
Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What You'll Do

• Respond to leads and conduct tours across multiple sites
• Craft compelling property narratives and develop marketing strategies
• Manage social media campaigns and online listings
• Build rapport with prospective residents and close leases
• Coordinate move-ins and follow-ups
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and the broader leasing team
• Use tools and data to track performance and improve outcome

What You Bring

• 2–4+ years of experience in leasing, sales, real estate, or a customer-facing role
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• A professional, can-do attitude and the ability to self-manage your time and priorities
• Comfort with data, digital tools, and multitasking across locations
• A desire to grow your career in real estate and learn from experienced mentors
• Bonus points if you've used AppFolio or other leasing/PM software

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
