Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work across a diverse range of legal practice areas, including estate planning, trust administration, probate, guardianships and conservatorships. The ideal candidate will possess strong research and writing skills and experience in legal drafting and administrative tasks. As an Associate Attorney, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through complex legal issues while honing your expertise in multiple practice areas within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This paid position is designed to foster professional growth and provide meaningful contributions to our legal services.

Duties

  • Draft clear and precise legal documents including pleadings, motions, memoranda, and correspondence tailored to various practice areas.
  • Assist senior attorneys with case preparation by managing case files, corresponding with clients, scheduling consultations and appointments.
  • Provide support to clients through phone calls and in person visits.
  • Maintain detailed records of legal activities and administrative documentation within the law office management system.
  • Participate in client meetings under supervision to gather information and offer preliminary guidance on legal matters.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission or eligibility for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience or internship exposure in estate planning, trust administration, probate, guardianships and/or conservatorships.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce well-organized legal documents efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex legal issues.
  • Legal administrative experience including managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $55,000.00 per year
